Video Game Tournaments

Brawl Video Game tournaments will be held in the GCC Cafeteria. One tournament will start at 11:00 am and the second one will start at 1:00pm. The winner of the first tournament may not enter the second one. Contact anime@gccnj.edu for more information.

Anime Music Videos

Anime Music Videos are fan-made music videos made from clips from their makers' favorite anime shows, set to whatever song or music strikes a chord within them. Any AMV you submit must be your own work. This will not be a contest but a showcase of the talents found Gloucester County.

If you wish to enter your AMV, please submit your video on CD/DVD to Dr. Sue Glenn, Gloucester County College CC 157, 1400 Tanyard Road, Sewell, NJ 08080 by December 15, 2009. Detailed guidelines will be found here. All AMV’s must be suitable for audiences aged 12 and up and we reserve the right to screen out any videos.

Cosplay Parade

What kind of Anime Con could we have without Cos-Play, the fun activity of dressing as your favorite anime or video game character? This is where you show of your creative side. Make sure you read the Policies page for guidelines regarding masks, signs, and weapons. Remember, there will be children at the event, so make sure you are adequately covered so you will not be asked to leave.

To help everyone get a chance to see your great costume, we will organize a parade of costumes around the College Center. The time and starting location will be announced.

Food

Campus clubs and local restaurants will be setting up some tables to sell some snacks and food items. Cash only.
